Chef’s Tasting Experience

Gather around the table for an elevated dinner party centered on exceptional food, thoughtful pacing, and shared moments. This chef-curated tasting experience highlights the very best of Salt & Acres’ seasonal menu and is designed for guests who want to explore flavor together in a relaxed, refined setting.

This experience is offered as a reservation with a custom pre-set Chef’s Tasting Menu.


The Chef’s Tasting Menu (Served Family-Style)

Your table will enjoy a curated progression of dishes designed to be shared:

  • Rosemary sourdough with salted butter

  • Crispy fries with garlic aioli

  • Ricotta with toasted ciabatta

  • Piccolo charcuterie board

  • Bacon-wrapped dates

  • Meatballs with focaccia

  • Arancini

  • Sweet potato with mascarpone

  • Caprese salad

  • Shrimp cocktail
    (Seafood substitution available upon request)

  • Flank steak with roasted fingerling potatoes

  • Cannoli cake for dessert


Pricing Options

Chef’s Tasting Dinner

  • $65 per person

Chef’s Tasting Dinner + Wine Pairing

  • $115 per person

  • Includes a thoughtfully curated wine pairing selected to complement each course

Pricing subject to applicable tax and 20% gratuity per person.


Guest Count, Reservation Details & Disclaimer

  • Minimum of 4 guests

  • Available for up to 20 guests as a reservation

  • 2.5-hour reserved table time

  • Hosted as a dinner party reservation (not a private event)

Please note:
Our Chef’s Tasting Experience is prepared and served in denominations of four guests due to the size and structure of the sharable dishes. For groups that do not divide evenly by four, additional tasting portions may be added to ensure an exceptional experience.


Semi-Private & Larger Group Options

For groups larger than 20 guests, the experience will transition to a semi-private or private format based on guest count and availability.

  • Up to 30 guests:

    • Chef’s Tasting Menu served shared family-style

  • Over 30 guests:

    • Menu transitions to either a simplified family-style or buffet-style format to best support service and flow

Semi-private and private event options, including location fees and food & beverage minimums, apply based on space selection.


Enhancements & Add-Ons

  • Additional wine bottles

  • Seasonal cocktail pairings

  • Dessert wine or after-dinner pours
