Kim and Hayle’s September wedding at Salt & Acres was the definition of a European luxury garden party. Hosted as a full-service Salt & Acres celebration, the day unfolded effortlessly across the lawn with black-and-white umbrellas, guests croqueting in the sun, and an atmosphere that felt both refined and joyfully relaxed.
Floral installations by Jessica and Danielle of Prosper Fields — Salt & Acres’ cut flower farm & floral design group set the tone, layering seasonal blooms into an editorial, garden-inspired experience that felt romantic and intentional.
The menu featured our signature Italian Feast—handcrafted pasta and meatballs—paired with a thoughtfully styled charcuterie cart set on the lawn. Guests ended the celebration with a sweet touch from Latte’Da, serving Italian gelato that perfectly captured the spirit of la dolce vita.
Kim and Hayle’s creativity shined throughout the day. The couple personally designed and hand-crafted their menus and signage, and added playful, nostalgic touches with dad cameras and a curated mix of sunglasses for guests to enjoy.
